n First-time applicants must submit the following documents:

1.Application Form for Certification

2.Declaration of Technical Specifications (a statement of the technical specifications of the electrical product for which certification is sought)

3.Power of Attorney (necessary when an agent makes an application.)

4.Factory Inspection Report (a form for self-declaration concerning the quality control systems of the factory that manufactures the electrical product for which certification is sought.) and a contract

5.A Notice of Change in Certification is also required if any modifications are made after certification.
